Inspection & Returns Policy
Inspect your order with the courier before accepting delivery. Check the items, quantity and visible condition. If anything is incorrect or visibly damaged, tell the courier and contact us before accepting the order. After inspection and acceptance, we do not offer additional voluntary returns or exchanges. Your statutory rights under applicable Egyptian consumer protection law remain unaffected, including rights relating to defects or products that do not match their description.

A problem discovered after delivery
If you discover a defect or a product that does not match its description, contact us with your order number and details of the issue so we can review it in accordance with applicable law.
